Talking is a healthy way to express feelings. Kids are more ready to learn when someone listens to how they feel. Allowing a safe, non-judgemental space for children to share their feelings will go a long way in helping them process difficult emotions. When children keep things inside, much like adults, they are more susceptible to outburst or displaying negative behaviors.
